Empties

Finally!

I've been trying to use some of my not-so-amazing products so that I would have an excuse to order some new ones.

Here are some empties & mini-reviews:

Undereye concealer
I've been trying to use up my elf undereye concealer&highlight for some time now. I stoped using the highligh side once I noticed it had tiny glitters in it. Some people don't like the shade (white) but on my fair skin it was actually quite good. But the glitter -that's a big no-no for my over thirty skin.
The concealer side I liked. It is some what sheer and liquidy, but it felt nice and gave a deceant brightning effect. I will not be buying it again since I dont like to waist product and cant use teh highlighter side.

Loose powder
Okay, tecnically I still a have a swipe or two left of my Rimmel loose powder while I'm writing this -but I already had to take the sift of yesterday so this product is done.
I'm not sure if I am a fan of this product or not. Okay, for a loose powder, this is good, i think. I hesitate because I am not a huge fan of the look it gives my skin. Yes, it mattifies but a bit too much. I feel... powdery even though its not cakecy by any means. And then I still get shiny during the day. It kinda faids away from my nose. I think I like compacts better -I apply both with my Kabuki brush -stippling first on my T-zone and then brushing of the exses.
**Note, I used the last product the next day and this actually perfomed better than it has for awhile. I'm thinking I finaly got enough on my brush to be able to blot my oily nose. So no more hesitation, I do like this product.

Eyelid primer
I used up my elf eyelid primer (color: shear) a while back. This is to my experience a well working primer. I have hooded eyelids so my eyeshadows tend to crease quite a bit. I have already repurchaced this product. I also have this in the color pearl -which would be perfect were not the glitter -again. Hooded eyes + glitter = not so good a look. I do use this as a base for white eyeshadow and black liner, when I am in the mood for a pin up look. Sometimes I even skip the eyeshadow all together and just use the primer and eyeliner.
